Registered Nurse Wound Care

Role Overview: Provide direct nursing care in a Wound Care department, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, assessing patient conditions, and coordinating discharge needs. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.Communicate patient status effectively to the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Active Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure. Key Duties: Deliver quality patient care, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and participate in discharge planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
