About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices, technology, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Assess: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Plan: Develop individualized care plans with patient, family, and team input, including education and follow-up support.
- Implement: Coordinate and delegate care, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of interventions aligned with professional standards.
- Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, outcomes, and satisfaction, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Professionalism: Uphold ethical standards, comply with regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and promote nursing development.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the practice state
- BSN required within four years for less experienced RNs
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
