Registered Nurse Wound Care

Role: Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered wound care as a Registered Nurse, collaborating with the care team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. Key Duties Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.Perform procedures, monitor responses, and document care accurately.Administer medications, observe therapeutic effects, and respond to adverse reactions.Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and provide compassionate support.Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, translating complex information clearly. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license with Bachelors Degree.Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
