Registered Nurse Triage Lead

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse Lead is responsible for overseeing clinical EMG services, serving as an operational resource, and ensuring efficient, safe patient care in a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate expertise as an EMG RN, supervise clinical personnel, manage supplies and equipment, maintain compliance with standards, and develop quality initiatives. Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize office operations and patient services, provide preceptor support, and evaluate staff performance. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum two years of nursing experience, at least one year in scheduling, current Illinois RN license, and CPR BLS certification. Ability to problem-solve, manage conflicts, and lead a team effectively. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and participate in disaster response if needed.
