Part-Time Registered Nurse Triage Lead

Position: Registered Nurse Lead with expertise in EMG nursing, overseeing clinical personnel to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Key Responsibilities Serve as an operations resource, demonstrating proficiency in EMG nursing and supporting other clinical staff.Supervise and direct clinical EMG personnel, ensuring compliance with standards and cost-effective care.Apply problem-solving, conflict management, and customer service skills to promote initiatives and serve as a role model.Evaluate staff performance, monitor regulatory compliance, and oversee supply procurement and equipment maintenance.Collaborate with departmental personnel and physicians to optimize office operations, process orders, and enhance team work.Develop and maintain quality improvement initiatives within the office. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of two years' nursing experience and one year in scheduling.Current Illinois RN license and CPR/BLS certification.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
