Registered Nurse Triage Lead

Position: Registered Nurse Lead Location: 932 W Lake St, Oak Park Role Overview: The RN Lead demonstrates expertise as an EMG RN, overseeing clinical staff to ensure safe, efficient patient care in accordance with standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing supplies and equipment, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering collaborative relationships with physicians and departments. The role involves problem-solving, conflict management, and serving as a role model for staff development and quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of two years of nursing experience and one year of scheduling experience are required. Must hold a current Illinois RN license and CPR BLS certification. Flexibility to work overtime during disaster or emergency situations may be necessary.
