Part-Time Registered Nurse Triage Lead

Position: Registered Nurse Lead Location: 932 W Lake St, Oak Park Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, with occasional evenings and travel Role Overview: The RN Lead demonstrates expertise in EMG nursing, serving as a resource for clinical personnel, supervising and directing EMG staff to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care. They evaluate staff performance, oversee compliance with standards, manage supplies and equipment, and maintain operational workflow. The role involves developing collaborative relationships with physicians and departments, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining quality initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two years of nursing experience (required)Minimum one year of scheduling experience (required)Current Illinois RN license (required)Current BLS CPR certificationStrong problem-solving, conflict management, customer service, and leadership skills Key Duties: Serve as EMG RN, oversee clinical staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage supplies and equipment, foster teamwork, and develop quality initiatives. The role may require working overtime during emergencies or disasters.
