Registered Nurse - Travel - Progressive Care Unit

About the role

Provide specialized care to patients transitioning from intensive care, monitoring cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and telemetry data. Administer medications, assist with cardiac procedures, and respond to emergencies. Document assessments, educate patients on cardiac health, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum one year of recent Stepdown RN experience
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Progressive Care Certified Nurse (PCCN) certification
• Ability to interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist with patient care
• Proficiency in English communication and sensory skills
