Role & Responsibilities
Aid in patient care within a Progressive Care Unit, using clinical skills and knowledge. Ensure patient safety, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide quality care. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital protocols and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS/CPR, NIH Stroke Certification, PALS, and RN Pharmacology
- Valid RN license and completion of mandatory training modules
Key Duties
- Provide specialized care for patients needing close monitoring, support recovery, and enhance health outcomes
- Adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines and communicate effectively with team members and patients' families
Additional Information
Travel nursing offers varied experiences. This role includes night shifts (3 days x 12 hours). Emphasis is placed on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an evolving environment.
