Role & Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Progressive Care Unit, incorporating organizational values and goals.
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and maintain compliance with licensing and certification standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN license in KY, with at least 2 years of recent RN experience and 1 year in a Progressive Care Unit.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
