Role & Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for patient care in the Progressive Care Unit, integrating organizational values and goals.
- Provide high-quality nursing services, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Maintain compliance with licensing, certification, and hospital policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license in MO
- 2+ years recent nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a Progressive Care Unit
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Key Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer treatments
- Monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
