About the role

As a Registered Nurse - Transplant Care Coordinator: BMT, you will be responsible for coordinating care for patients undergoing bone marrow transplant procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of transplant protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and ensure compliance with transplant protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Minnesota.
• Experience in transplant care or related healthcare field preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually.
