Registered Nurse (RN) - BMT Transplant Coordinator FT - Days

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for transplant patients, living donors, and families across all phases of transplantation.
• Provide individualized education, support, and facilitate communication within a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage clinical aspects including patient care coordination, education, and program development.
• Assess and address medical, surgical, psychosocial, financial, nutritional, and pharmaceutical needs.
• Advocate for patients, ensuring appropriate treatment options and delivering patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and OTTR, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely updates.
• Participate in quality improvement and performance monitoring activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred).
• RN license with multi-state or single-state certification.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience.

• Excellent organization, communication, and computer literacy.
