Registered Nurse (RN) - BMT Transplant Coordinator FT - Days

The Transplant Coordinator is an RN responsible for coordinating care for transplant patients, living donors, and their families. They work as part of a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the entire transplantation or donation process through education, support, and service coordination. Key duties include managing medical, surgical, psychosocial, nutritional, and pharmaceutical evaluations, advocating for patients, and ensuring timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulations. They participate in quality improvement activities and maintain communication with external healthcare providers. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, hold current RN licensure (multi-state or single-state), and possess certifications in Basic Life Support. Essential Skills Include Computer Literacy, Organization, And Strong Communication. This role involves clinical management, patient advocacy, and collaboration within the transplant program.
