Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide complex, evidence‑based care to post‑surgical and trauma patients
• Manage ventilators, IV drips, and advanced monitoring equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Current nursing license
• Experience in critical care or surgical ICU preferred
• Strong clinical skills in ventilator management and advanced monitoring
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
