Registered Nurse - Surgical Intensive Care Unit

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based critical care to post-surgical and high-acuity patients
• Manage ventilators, drips, and complex monitoring systems
• Perform thorough patient assessments and implement care plans
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
• Educate patients and families about care and recovery
• Ensure safety protocols and infection control measures
• Collaborate closely with intensivists and surgeons

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse licensure
• Experience in critical care or surgical ICU preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, mission-driven environment
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
