Registered Nurse Surgery

About the role
As the Registered Nurse in Amery Hospital & Clinic's Surgery Department, you will deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will prioritize the urgency of patient needs, initiate appropriate interventions of care, and evaluate patients' response to care plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

- Evaluate patients' response to care plans.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current WI RN license.
- BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1-year Operating Room experience or equivalent education.
- Demonstrates keyboarding skill and computer knowledge.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience in EPIC computer system.
- Pre & Post op experience.
- O.R. experience highly preferred.
