About the Role

Provides direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care following established policies and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes nursing standards to evaluate and improve care.
• Advocates for patients and families.
• Develops and implements individualized care plans.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Educates patients on health measures.

• Applies evidence-based practices tailored to patient needs.
• Performs assessments and coordinates care.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• May conduct point-of-care testing.
• Develops patient care strategies considering physical, cultural, social, and emotional factors.
• Maintains safety and professionalism.
• Performs other assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state-specific RN license and BLS certification.
• No prior experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform various movements.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
