About the Role

Provides direct, patient-centered nursing care in a medical-surgical setting, following established policies, procedures, and protocols. The role emphasizes compassionate, holistic, and culturally sensitive care within a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license in applicable states.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work safely and adapt to diverse patient needs.

Additional Details

Requires physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and other movements. Flexible to perform various duties as needed.
