About the Role

The Staff Nurse provides safe, compassionate nursing care in a Level 2E Special Care Nursery, collaborating with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Deliver care to neonatal patients, ensuring safety and comfort.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required within five years if only an Associate Degree.
• Preferred two years of NICU Level 3 RN experience.
• Current Illinois RN licensure, BLS certification, and NRP certification within six months.
