Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or hospital experience preferred
• Prior supervisory or nurse leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
