About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager responsible for supervising a nursing unit, establishing and implementing policies, mentoring less experienced nurses, and maintaining care standards.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing resident records
• Monitoring overall care
• Addressing resident or family concerns
• Representing the unit to upper management

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license
• PREFERRED: 3 years of Long Term Care experience
• 2 years of Charge Nurse experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication abilities
