Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handling all supervisory duties for the assigned unit
• Establishing and implementing employee policies and procedures
• Mentoring less experienced nurses with clinical and career guidance
• Maintaining care standards and reviewing resident records and quality of care
• Monitoring overall care and individual resident cases
• Addressing questions or complaints from residents or families
• Representing the unit's interests with upper management

Qualifications And Skills

• Valid State RN License
• PREFERRED: 3+ years in Long Term Care and 2+ years as Charge Nurse
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication abilities
