Responsibilities
- Supervising the unit
- Establishing policies and procedures
- Mentoring less experienced nurses
- Sets standards of care
- Reviewing resident records and quality of care
- Monitoring overall care and individual cases
- Addressing resident and family questions or complaints
- Maintaining medical supplies
- Representing the unit to upper management
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience
- At least 1 year as a Unit Manager
- Valid RN license
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
Pay
$5,000 sign-on bonus and Daily Pay for faster earnings access.
