Responsibilities

• Supervise the assigned unit
• Establish policies
• Mentor nurses
• Maintain care standards
• Review resident records
• Address resident and family concerns
• Represent the unit to management

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• PREFERRED: 3 years of long-term care experience
• 2 years of charge nurse experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication
