We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor for a weekend-focused role in a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, NY.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and families
- Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
- Ensuring a safe, clean environment by enforcing regulations
- Managing confidential resident information to promote confidence
- Documenting resident care services accurately
- Fostering collaboration among healthcare teams
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and positive team management skills
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
Pay
$50/hour, with a $7,500 sign-on bonus.
