Responsibilities
- Supervising staff and establishing unit policies
- Mentoring nurses and maintaining care standards
- Reviewing resident records
- Addressing resident or family concerns
- Ensuring compliance with quality care standards
Requirements
- Valid NYS RN License
- 2+ years of Long-term Care experience preferred
- Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Positive leadership attitude
