Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Weekends

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee weekend shifts in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Providing support and creating a compassionate environment for residents and families
• Responding to residents' and staff's questions and requests
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant working environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident confidence
• Managing documentation related to resident care services
• Fostering a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Strong leadership and positive team management abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
