About the role
Seeking an energetic and experienced RN Supervisor to oversee weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility. The role involves supervising staff, establishing and implementing policies, mentoring nurses, maintaining care standards, reviewing resident records, and addressing resident and family concerns. The supervisor will represent the unit to management and ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Valid NYS RN License
- Preferably 2+ years of Long-Term Care experience
- 1+ year of Charge Nurse experience
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Positive leadership attitude
Key Duties
- Handle supervisory responsibilities
- Mentor and support staff
- Ensure standards of care
- Monitor resident cases and care quality
