About the role
We are seeking an RN Supervisor with Long-term Care experience to oversee a skilled nursing unit on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and establish policies
- Mentor nurses and maintain care standards
- Review resident records and monitor overall care
- Address resident or family concerns
- Represent the unit to management
Requirements
- Valid NYS RN License
- Preferably 2+ years of Long-Term Care experience
- 1+ year as a Charge Nurse
