Seeking a weekend-focused Registered Nurse Supervisor for a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Providing compassionate support to residents and families
• Responding to resident and staff inquiries with information and assistance
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Managing confidential resident information to promote confidence
• Documenting resident care services accurately
• Fostering a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in long-term care
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Basic computer skills

Pay

• $50/hour
• $7,500 sign-on bonus
