Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor - Weekends

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
• Providing support and fostering a compassionate environment for residents and families
• Responding to questions and requests from residents and staff
• Maintaining a safe, clean working environment by enforcing rules and regulations
• Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident confidence
• Managing documentation of resident care services
• Promoting teamwork among healthcare staff

Qualifications and skills required

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
