Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions
- Collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive care
- Provide tailored patient and family education
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
- Precept students and new hires
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license in Maine or ability to obtain
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- Preferrred one year of nursing experience, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality care and continuous learning
Key Duties
- Deliver direct patient care during night shifts (7p-7a)
- Contribute to patient outcomes
- Support patient transfer, discharge, and psychosocial needs
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents in a supportive environment
