Responsibilities
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans
- Monitoring and documenting patient conditions
- Collaborating across disciplines for coordinated care
- Providing tailored patient and family education
- Delegating tasks to ancillary staff
- Precepting students and new hires
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Maine or ability to obtain one
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
- At least one year of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Commitment to a minimum of 30 hours weekly
