About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the PACU – Post Anesthesia Care unit.
Responsibilities
- Providing direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients.
- Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care to ensure high‑quality, safe nursing practices.
- Coordinating patient care using a multidisciplinary approach and developing or modifying care plans as needed.
- Performing specialty procedures, accurately documenting all nursing care, and delivering interventions aligned with medical plans.
- Supporting clinical staff competency and resource management to maintain optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure.
- Required certifications: BLS; ACLS, PALS, CPI, and NRP within department‑specified timeframes.
- Preferred: Academic nursing degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Role involves documentation and performing procedures specific to the specialty area.
- Accountable for supporting leadership in ensuring safe, competent, and resource‑efficient patient care.
