Registered Nurse (RN) in PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Assess and document patient conditions
- Develop and adjust educational care plans
- Perform age-specific interventions
- Follow medication and IV therapy policies
- Monitor for adverse reactions
- Interpret diagnostic data
- Collaborate with healthcare team
- Ensure safe medication administration
- Monitor patient responses
- Interpret diagnostic results
- Maintain standards of practice and pursue professional growth
Qualifications
- Associates degree in Nursing
- Valid Multi-State RN License
- BLS CPR certification (within 7 days)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (during orientation)
- No prior experience required
