Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Burn & HBO

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in burn, wound, and hyperbaric care, working within an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based treatments for burn and wound patients. Collaborate effectively with team members, coordinate care, and ensure safety standards are met. Demonstrate proficiency in hyperbaric therapy, emergency procedures, and patient education. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to staff and students. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and clinical competencies. Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in ambulatory or acute care settings. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, ABLS, and PALS, with appropriate licensure (RN license). Proficiency in computer data entry, communication, and basic software (Excel, Word); Epic and 3M experience preferred. Key Duties Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient care.Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient treatments.Assist with hyperbaric procedures and emergency responses.Participate in quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and professional development activities.Support efficient resource utilization and protocol development.
