Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care within a multidisciplinary team, practicing evidence-based care aligned with professional standards and organizational values. Responsibilities Performs comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring patient-centered and culturally competent care.Partners with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinates and documents safe care delivery, promotes teamwork, and supports performance improvement initiatives.Serves as a preceptor or mentor, fostering professional development and maintaining competency standards.Participates in evidence-based practice, research, and protocol development to enhance patient outcomes.Adheres to policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements, including accreditation standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; Bachelors preferred.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and others as required, completed upon hire.Strong communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and time management skills.Proficiency in clinical technology and documentation.
