Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Clinic

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; collaborate with team members; monitor patient conditions; support patient advocacy and satisfaction; document care activities; participate in performance improvement initiatives; mentor and support professional growth; uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact); BLS certification; strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills; commitment to professional development and teamwork. Key Duties: Deliver safe and effective patient care, coordinate patient flow, educate patients and families, contribute to quality improvement efforts, and support shared governance principles. Maintain professional competence and adhere to organizational policies to promote a positive healthcare environment.
