Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Clinic

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.Coordinate patient care to optimize outcomes and patient experience, maintaining accurate documentation.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating with families and care team members.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals for quality and satisfaction.Contribute to a positive work environment through mentorship, professionalism, and adherence to standards.Support shared governance, safety, confidentiality, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma (Bachelors preferred).Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire.Strong clinical judgment, communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.Commitment to professional growth and quality improvement.
