Registered Nurse (RN) - Oncology Clinic

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care within a collaborative care team. Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinate care activities; serve as a patient advocate; communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers; participate in performance improvement initiatives; maintain professional standards and confidentiality; support shared governance and professional growth; mentor and lead nursing staff; contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education includes an Associate's or Diploma in Nursing, with a Bachelor’s preferred. Must hold current BLS certification and RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact). Demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Committed to professional development and quality improvement.
