The Nurse Residency program is a 12‑month program with extended orientation, clinical experiences, and classroom time to facilitate transition to private practice. Throughout this program, new nurses gain the opportunity for clinical growth and development through continuous support from experienced mentors and preceptors.

Fauquier Health's Medical/Surgical department is a combination unit consisting of Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Progressive Care, with 30 beds total between two floors. Our rapidly growing unit will elevate your nursing skills with a variety of patient cases and acuity levels
