About the role

The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident participating in a New Graduate RN Residency Program designed to support early-career nurses in all nursing units. You will receive hands-on preceptorship with experienced mentors, engage in NCLEX test prep & reimbursement, and benefit from professional growth opportunities. The program emphasizes clinical skill development, mentorship, teamwork, and fostering a supportive environment to ensure a successful transition from student to professional nurse.

Qualifications
