About the role
This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident participating in a comprehensive new graduate residency program.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care across all nursing units
- Complete an 8-week orientation
- Engage in monthly residency sessions for ongoing professional development
Key Duties
- Learn from experienced preceptors
- Participate in NCLEX test prep
- Build clinical skills
- Develop confidence in a supportive team environment
Qualifications & Skills
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, obtained RN licensure, and successfully passed the NCLEX. Preferred candidates have recent acute care experience and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
Additional Requirements
Commitment to full-time, rotating shifts including weekends, with schedule flexibility during orientation. Mandatory participation in the residency program supports growth, autonomy, and clinical competency.
