Responsibilities
- Performing accurate patient assessments and identifying needs
- Initiating appropriate nursing interventions
- Providing age- and condition-appropriate care
- Documenting medical records timely and accurately
- Managing and revising interdisciplinary care plans
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Virginia RN license or compact license
- Basic Life Support certification within 7 days of hire
- ACLS and NIHSS certifications within 6 months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferred)
- New graduates with less than 1 year RN experience are eligible
