About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU position, responsible for providing direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to standards
- Developing individualized care plans
- Educating patients and families on illness management, post-care needs, and medication use
- Promoting patient safety and quality compliance
- Collaborating with the healthcare team
- Addressing patients' physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs

Qualifications
