Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) position. Opportunity to work in a new multidisciplinary ICU department serving diverse patient populations. Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.
• Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Using critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, addressing barriers to care.
• Maintaining safety and alertness as this role is safety-sensitive.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• One to Two years of critical care experience preferred.
• Active RN license required.
