Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident, ICU

Role Overview: Responsible for participating in all core curriculum classes, professional development workshops, and clinical competencies within a Nurse Residency Program. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing patient care under supervision of a licensed RN, including data collection, assessment, and care planning.Perform treatments, procedures, and discharge teaching adhering to practice standards and patient rights.Document patient care accurately, recognize emergency situations, and initiate advanced therapy when needed.Delegate nursing tasks appropriately, participate in quality improvement activities, and adjust staffing based on patient needs.Complete clinical skills under supervision and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.No prior experience required; candidates must have a current RN license or provisional license to work.Strong critical thinking, communication, and adherence to policies.Ability to work night shifts and hold a multistate RN license.
