Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident, ICU

Role Overview: This position is for a new graduate nurse participating in a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program. Responsibilities Attend all program classes, workshops, and peer groups to develop nursing skills and knowledge.Assist in managing patient care under the supervision of a licensed RN, including data collection, assessment, and planning.Provide safe, evidence-based treatments and procedures, respecting patient rights and demonstrating age-appropriate care.Document patient care accurately, recognize emergencies, and initiate appropriate interventions.Delegate tasks appropriately, participate in quality improvement activities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.Complete clinical skills with supervision and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.No prior experience required; candidates with over 12 months are ineligible.Current RN license or provisional license with NCLEX scheduling.Ability to work independently under supervision, with good critical thinking and communication skills.
