Qualifications
- Must have current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota.
- Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider.
- Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents.

Skills
The Nurse Manager must evaluate available resources and delegate appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care, direct and implement the nursing process, systematically collect, assess, develop, implement, and revise care plans, and manage and supervise the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.
Requirements
